校园文化在立德树人中的引领作用与建设路径

校园文化可以引领教师教育工作,引领人才培养并营造育人氛围,立德树人工作的开展只有在校园文化的深厚土壤中才能得到充分实践。当前我国校园文化整体繁荣向上,但也存在一些校园文化浮于表面、没有内化为师生信仰的问题,存在着个别教师师德师风失范、个别学生缺乏正确理想信念的问题。学校要以社会主义核心价值观为主导,与实践相结合加强校园文化建设,同时要挖掘优秀传统文化、结合学校历史等实际,以形成校园文化特色。

Campus culture can lead teacher education,lead talent training and create an atmosphere for educating people.Only in the deep soil of campus culture can the work of moral cultivation be fully implemented.At present,the campus culture in China is flourishing as a whole,but there are also some problems that the campus culture is superficial and has not been internalized into the beliefs of teachers and students.There are also some problems that individual teachers lose their ethics and professional ethics,and individual students lack correct ideals and beliefs.The school should take the socialist core values as the leading factor,and combine with practice to strengthen the construction of campus culture.At the same time,it should excavate excellent traditional culture,combine with school history and other realities,to form the characteristics of campus culture.
