摘要
生物质资源丰富、可再生,其资源化利用越来越受到广泛关注。热解是生物质资源化利用的有效途径之一。从原材料预处理、热解装置、热解工艺三方面对中试热解的研究进行阐述。因地制宜地使用当地农作物残渣以及林业废弃物进行热解,使用恰当的预处理技术处理原材料,在保证热解产品的质量下,运行安全稳定、热解过程中能源损耗低、稳定地实现连续生产的热解装置是未来中试热解技术的发展趋势。
Biomass would be widely concerned due to renewing,abundance and application.Pyrolysis was one of the way of effective resource application of biomass.Research Progression of pyrolysis for polite test was discussed related to material pretreatment,pyrolysis device and technology.Suitable use of agricultural and forest wastes as pyrolysis materials,proper pretreatment technology for pyrolysis materials,safe and steady continuous working with low energy consumption should be future development trend of pyrolysis technology for polite test.
