基于模糊PID控制的自适应喷雾系统设计与试验

摘要 针对现有果园风送式植保喷雾机的定量喷药装置,设计了一种基于模糊PID控制的自适应喷雾系统并进行分析试验。对喷雾机的结构进行设计,完成控制系统布置,使用模糊控制器对PID参数进行优化,并通过与传统PID控制器的仿真分析对比验证了模糊PID的控制效果。研究了自适应喷雾系统在实际作业过程中的喷洒效果,并验证了该系统在保证喷洒效果良好的情况下比连续喷药节约药液30%以上。该系统节省了劳动力,单人即可操作此风送式植保机。 An adaptive spraying system based on fuzzy PID control was designed and analyzed for the quantitative spraying device used in orchard plant protection with air-driven sprayer.The structure of the sprayer was designed,the control system was arranged,the PID parameters were optimized by fuzzy controller,and the control effect of fuzzy PID was verified by comparing with the traditional PID controller.The spraying effect of the adaptive spraying system was studied,and it was verified that the system could save more than 30%of the liquid compared with continuous spraying under the condition of good spraying effect.The system can save labor force to operate the air-driven plant protection sprayer.
