粮食作物生产全程机械化服务体系建设与对策研究

Study on Construction of Service System and Countermeasures for Whole Scale Mechanization of Grain Crop Production

芒市作为云南省优质米生产基地市之一,水稻种植占有重要地位。在农村日益城镇化,作物耕作精细化背景下,特别是面对疫情、自然灾害等突发情况,农村劳动力紧缺的问题更加凸显。面对复杂严峻的国际形势,保护粮食安全,端牢中国饭碗,需要推动主要农作物生产向全程机械化迈进。调研发现当前基层农机推广工作存在一些共性问题,通过分析现状,探寻在水稻生产全程机械化服务体系建设以及基层农技推广工作未来更好发展的对策,进而为农业生产向集约化、规模化和现代化转型升级服务。

Mang Municipality is one of the high quality rice production bases in Yunnan province,and rice planting is important in crop cultivation.Under the condition of rural change towards town and refinement of crop cultivation,especially under epidemic situation and natural disaster,the shortage of rural labour force will be more prominent.Facing the complicated international grain market,protecting the grain safety and securing the Chinese rice bowl,whole scale mechanization of grain production should be promoted.There were nowadays common problems of agricultural machinery technology promotion in rural areas,through status analysis the countermeasures for construction of service system of whole scale mechanization of rice production and for development of rural agricultural technology promotion were studied,so as to service the change of agricultural production towards intensification,scale and modernization.
