摘要
为了在陶瓷滚压成型生产过程中在线得到泥柱的塑性值,本文基于压缩式塑性指数法测试原理对泥柱进行测试,得到泥柱受压时应力—应变曲线。试验结果表明:在塑性变形阶段,压缩应力随着泥柱高径比的增大而减小,而与泥柱的直径没有显著关系。根据此结论提出了一种可以快速检测不同大小泥料可塑性的方法,为滚压成型生产线在线检测泥料可塑性提供了一种新方法。
In order to obtain the plasticity value of the mud column online in the production process of ceramic roll forming,this paper tests the mud column based on the test principle of compression plasticity index method and obtains the stress-strain curve when the mud column is compressed.The test results show that in the plastic deformation stage,the compressive stress decreases with the increase of the height to diameter ratio of the mud column,but has no significant relationship with the diameter of the mud column.Based on this conclusion,a method that can quickly detect the plasticity of mud of different sizes is proposed,which provides a new method for the online detection of mud plasticity in rolling forming production line.
