“双碳”目标下煤矿企业转型发展路径探析

Analysis on the transformation and development path of coal mine enterprises under the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality

煤矿企业转型发展是实现“双碳”目标的重要内容和必由之路。从“双碳”目标要求、能源结构优化需要和生态文明建设要求方面,分析了煤矿企业转型发展的意义和必要性。分析了转型发展面临的机遇和挑战,指出目前煤矿企业存在产能结构不优、生产中瓦斯排放造成的碳排放较高、矿井关闭退出路径不明、低效刚性生产模式及人才队伍与高质量发展需要存在较大差距等问题,并针对性地提出通过优化企业产能结构、推进煤炭低碳生产、充分开发利用退出矿井资源、加强人才建设体制改革等转型发展路径建议。

The transformation and development of coal mine enterprises is an important content and the only way to achieve the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.The significance and necessity of the transformation and development of coal mine enterprises are analyzed from the aspects of target requirements for carbon peak and carbon neutrality,energy structure optimization needs and ecological civilization construction requirements.The opportunities and challenges faced by the transformation and development are analyzed,and it is pointed out that there are some problems in the current coal mine enterprises'development,such as poor production capacity structure,high carbon emissions caused by gas emission in production,unclear exit path of mine closure,inefficient rigid production mode and large gap between talent team and high-quality development needs,and some suggestions on the transformation and development path are put forward by optimizing the production capacity structure of enterprises,promoting coal low-carbon production,fully developing and utilizing the exit mine resources,and strengthening the reform of talent construction system.
