摘要
对于设备密集型的煤化工企业而言,设备运行与管理亟需与大数据、工业互联网和人工智能等现代信息技术深度融合,而气化装置是煤化工技术的核心生产装置之一,以气化炉数据和模型为基础依据,开发了大型气化装置全流程智能运行与管控平台,该平台是以数据驱动与知识融合“模块化”组合方式为理念开发,以气化炉装置全生命周期健康监测、诊断、预测性维护、装置运行先进控制以及实时优化的智能化平台,不仅解决了气化装置数据孤立、低效应用和难以共享的痛点问题,同时可降低装置能耗和碳排放,提升企业利润,最终实现气化装置的优化运行和全生命周期健康管理。
For coal chemical industry equipment-intensive enterprises,it is urgent for equipment operation management to deeply integrate with modern information technology such as big data,industrial Internet and artificial intelligence,and gasification device is one of the core production devices in coal chemical technology.Based on gasifier data and models,a large-scale gasification device full-process intelligent operation and control platform has been developed,the platform is developed based on the concept of a modular combination of data-driven and knowledge fusion,and is an intelligent platform for monitoring,diagnosing,predictive maintenance,advanced control of device operation,and real-time optimization of the entire lifecycle health of gasification device.It not only solves the painful problem of isolated,inefficient application and difficult sharing of gasification device data,but also reduces energy consumption and carbon emissions,improves corporate profits,and ultimately realizes optimized operation and life-cycle health management of large scale gasification device.
