基于IPDRR框架的矿山企业数据安全治理体系研究

Research on data security governance system for mine enterprises based on IPDRR framework

数字经济的高速发展对企业数字化转型提出了新的要求,矿山企业应通过数字化转型提升企业生产效率,降低管理成本,保证市场竞争优势和地位,在享受“数字红利”的同时规避数据安全风险。笔者通过分析矿山企业面临的数据安全风险,参考国内外数据安全框架及技术,开展数据安全治理体系研究,总结出一套适应于矿山企业的数据安全建设框架,通过构建标准、科学、系统的数据安全建设机制,保障矿山企业数据安全,助力矿山企业高质量发展。

The rapid development of the digital economy has put forward new requirements for enterprise digital transformation.Mine enterprises should improve their production efficiency,reduce management costs to ensure the market competitive advantage and position through digital transformation,avoid data security risks while enjoying the"digital dividend".Though analyzing the data security risks faced by mine enterprises and referring to domestic and foreign data security frameworks and technologies,research on data security governance system was conducted,and a set of data security construction frameworks suitable for mine enterprises was summarized.By constructing a standard,scientific,and systematic data security construction mechanism,the data security of mine enterprises is guaranteed,and the high-quality development of mining enterprises is assisted.
