摘要
在煤炭企业加快智能矿山建设的背景下,智能化设备越来越多,设备检修维护管理的难度也越来越大。为了将智能化故障诊断与预测技术更好地应用于煤矿机电设备的检修维护与管理领域,保障煤矿机电设备安全可靠运行,根据机电设备检修现状,研究与设计了煤矿机电设备智慧检修系统,并详细阐述了煤矿机电设备智慧检修系统的总体设计思路、使用操作说明以及设备故障智能感知模块、设备在线健康监测模块等功能模块设计。通过在国能神东煤炭集团有限责任公司哈拉沟煤矿的实际应用表明,该系统借助多传感器信息融合技术,可准确有效识别出设备存在的耦合故障,同时可以评估设备的运行状态。
In the context of coal enterprises accelerating the construction of intelligent mines,there are more and more intelligent equipment,and the difficulty of equipment maintenance and management is also increasing.In order to better apply intelligent fault diagnosis and prediction technology to the maintenance and management of coal mine electromechanical equipment,and ensure its safe and reliable operation,based on the current status of electromechanical equipment maintenance,a coal mine electromechanical equipment intelligent maintenance system was studied and designed,and the overall design concept,usage instructions,and functional modules design such as equipment fault intelligent perception module and equipment online health monitoring module of the coal mine electromechanical equipment intelligent maintenance system were elaborated in detail.The practical application in the Halagou Coal Mine of China Energy Shendong Coal Group Co.,Ltd.shows that the system can accurately and effectively identify coupling faults in equipment with the help of multi-sensor information fusion technology,and can also evaluate the operating status of the equipment.
