摘要
电网基建项目前期费用构成复杂,传统方法的估算结果准确度较低。对此,提出基于XGBoost算法的电网基建项目前期费估算方法。划分电网基建项目全寿命周期阶段,确定前期费用构成,获取电网基建项目前期费用估算指标作为模型参数,输入XGBoost模型中,得到电网基建项目前期费估算结果。实验结果表明,采用设计的方法估算出的电网基建项目前期费用平均绝对百分比误差为1.46%,验证了该方法的优越性。
Due to the complexity of the pre-cost of power grid infrastructure projects,the accuracy of the traditional method is low.A new method based on XGBoost algorithm is proposed.Divide the whole life cycle stage of the power grid infrastructure project,determine the composition of the preliminary cost,obtain the preliminary cost estimate index of the power grid infrastructure project as the model parameter,and input it into the XGBoost model to obtain the preliminary cost estimate result of the power grid infrastructure project.The experimental results show that the average absolute percentage error of the preliminary cost estimated by the design method is 1.46%,which verifies the superiority of the method.
