树干注药结合疫木除治防治松材线虫病效果的量化评价

Quantitative Evaluation of the Efficacy of Trunk Injection in Combination with the Control of Pine Wilt Diseases

松材线虫病治理措施的效果最终体现在枯死松树的减少。该研究通过枯死松树数量的变化来量化评价防治措施。通过连续几年的树干注药和疫木除治相结合的综合防治措施,试验地枯死松树数量减少66.84%,防治效果显著。同时观察到采用2种措施结合的区域比采用单一措施区域的枯死松树的密度更低,证明2种措施相结合的效果优于单一使用疫木除治的效果。

The effect of control measures of pine wilt disease is finally reflected in the reduction of dead pine trees.In this study,the control measures were quantitatively evaluated through the change of the number of dead pine trees.Through the comprehensive control measures of trunk injection and infected tree control for several consecutive years,the number of dead pine trees in the experimental site has been reduced by 66.84%,and the control effect is remarkable.At the same time,it was observed that the density of dead pine trees in the areas with the combination of the two measures was lower than that in the areas with single measures,which proves that the effect of the combination of the two measures was better than that of using infected trees alone.
