农林高校财管专业大学生学习质量提升策略研究——基于Z高校大学生学习现状的调查

党的二十大报告指出“加快建设教育强国、科技强国、人才强国,坚持为党育人、为国育才,全面提高人才自主培养质量”,可见当今高校需进一步提升大学生的培养质量。对于为实现乡村振兴战略输送大量乡村财会人才的综合性农林高校而言,提升财务管理(简称“财管”)专业大学生的学习质量是该专业人才培养质量的重要着力点。该教研组采用问卷调查法,从学习生活状态和未来发展规划两方面对一所地方农林高校(简称“Z高校”)财管专业199名大学生进行调查,分析发现学习质量提升所面临的问题,随后从家庭教育、学校教育和社会环境三方面剖析其原因,进而提出相应的对策。

The report of the 20th CPC National Congress points out that"speed up the construction of a powerful country in education,science and technology,and talents,persist in educating people for the Party and the country,and comprehensively improve the quality of independent training of talents",which shows that colleges and universities need to further improve the training quality of college students.For the comprehensive agricultural and forestry universities that transport a large number of rural financial and accounting talents in order to realize the strategy of rural revitalization,improving the learning quality of college students majoring in financial management(referred to as financial management)is an important focus of the training quality of this major.Through the method of questionnaire,the teaching and research group investigated 199 students majoring in financial management in a local agricultural and forestry university(referred to as Z University)from two aspects of study and life status and future development planning,and analyzed the problems faced in the improvement of learning quality.Then,this paper analyzes the reasons from the three aspects of family education,school education and social environment,and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
