党建引领基层治理现代化的实践与思考——以四川省遂宁市H村为例

党的二十大报告指出,坚持大抓基层的鲜明导向,抓党建促乡村振兴,推进以党建引领基础治理。遂宁市H村紧跟党的步伐,坚持党建引领,通过健全组织体系、整合社会资源、创新服务模式等来解决基层治理的难题,积极探索基层治理和发展的实践路径,形成独特的地方经验;但仍存在资金不足、引领能力不强、群众参与性不高等问题,基层治理问题任重而道远。

The report of the 20th CPC National Congress pointed out that we should adhere to the distinct orientation of paying great attention to the grass-roots level,grasp the Party to promote rural revitalization,and promote basic governance led by Party building.H Village in Suining City closely follows the pace of the Party,adheres to the leadership of Party building,solves the problems of grass-roots governance by improving the organizational system,integrating social resources,and innovating service models,and actively explores the practical path of grass-roots governance and development.It has formed a unique local experience.However,there are still problems such as insufficient funds,weak leadership,and low participation of the masses.The problem of grassroots governance has a long way to go.
