高校工会与乡村文化振兴的耦合点及实施路径研究——以西安电子科技大学工会帮扶蒲城县为例

乡村振兴是党和国家作出的一项重大战略决策部署,高校服务乡村振兴对于实现农业农村现代化具有重要的战略意义。该文立足高校工会的凝聚功能、辐射功能、文化资源和组织优势,重点聚焦“五大振兴”中的“文化振兴”,分析高校工会对于乡村文化振兴的推动作用,尝试搭建乡村文化振兴的宏观框架,结合工作实际,从乡村文化自信、政策资金投入、特色资源挖掘、框架体系构建和农文旅融合发展等方面指出蒲城县乡村文化振兴过程中存在的现实困境,并针对性地提出高校工会助力蒲城县乡村文化振兴的意见建议。

Rural revitalization is a major strategic decision made by the Party and the country.The practice of colleges and universities serving rural revitalization is of great strategic significance for the realization of agricultural and rural modernization.Based on the cohesion function,radiation function,cultural resources and organizational advantages of university trade unions,this paper focuses on the"cultural revitalization"in the"five revitalizations",and analyzes the role of university trade unions in promoting the revitalization of rural culture,so as to build a macro framework for the revitalization of rural culture,combined with the actual work.This paper points out the realistic predicament in the process of rural culture revitalization in Pucheng County from the aspects of rural cultural self-confidence,policy capital investment,characteristic resource mining,frame system construction and the integrated development of agriculture,culture and brigade,and puts forward some suggestions on how university trade unions can help Pucheng County to revitalize rural culture.
