共同富裕背景下农业科技人才助力乡村振兴的路径研究

推动经济社会发展的最终目标是实现全体人民共同富裕,而实现共同富裕的重要途径是乡村振兴。该文从人才和环境2个层面分析农业科技人才总量少、结构不合理、农村创新创业环境差和保障机制不全的现实困境,进而提出共同富裕背景下农业科技人才助力乡村振兴的实施路径。涉农高校需深化产教融合机制、加强“三农”情怀教育、创新校企合作模式,乡村政府需健全人才引进和激励机制、完善人才管理和保障机制、加强人才服务平台建设,地方企业需组建农业科技人才团队、重视农业科技创新和应用、引领地方产业转型升级,三位一体助力乡村建设。

The ultimate goal of promoting economic and social development is to achieve common prosperity for all the people,and the important way to achieve common prosperity is rural revitalization.From the two aspects of talent and environment,this paper analyzes the realistic predicament of the small total amount of agricultural scientific and technological talents,unreasonable structure,poor environment for rural innovation and entrepreneurship,and incomplete security mechanism,and then puts forward the implementation path of agricultural scientific and technological talents to help rural revitalization in the context of common prosperity.Agricultural colleges and universities need to deepen the integration mechanism of industry and education,strengthen the emotional education of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and innovate the mode of school-enterprise cooperation.Rural governments need to improve talent introduction and incentive mechanism,improve talent management and security mechanism,and strengthen the construction of talent service platform.Local enterprises need to set up teams of agricultural science and technology talents,attach importance to the innovation and application of agricultural science and technology,lead the transformation and upgrading of local industries,and contribute to rural construction in a trinity.
