中国与新西兰中小学教师专业标准比较研究及启示

摘要 教师专业标准是提高教师队伍质量的重要前提,是引领教师专业发展的基本准则,也是教师遴选、准入、培训、考核等工作的重要依据。文章对2012年我国颁布的《小学教师专业标准(试行)》《中学教师专业标准(试行)》和新西兰颁布的《教师职业责任准则和教学标准》的研制背景、结构与内容、实施情况等方面进行比较分析,提出我国在中小学教师专业标准的修订时可注重凸显“多元一体”背景下的教育思维,深化家校社协同育人的理念与要求,加强标准与教师发展的一致性。 The professional standards for teachers are an important prerequisite for improving the quality of the teachers,a basic guideline for leading teacher professional development,and an important basis for selecting,accessing,training,and assessing teachers.The study compares and analyzes the development background,structure,content and implementation of the Professional Standards for Primary School Teachers(Trial),Professional Standards for Secondary School Teachers(Trial),promulgated by China in 2012 and The Code of Professional Responsibility and Standards for the Teaching Profession promulgated by New Zealand.The study suggests that China should focus on highlighting educational thinking in the context of diversity and integration in the revision of teacher professional standards,deepening the concepts and requirements of collaborative education between home,school and society,and strengthening the consistency between standards and teacher development.
