摘要
研究高效配电变压器的设计原理与性能,以提高电力系统的能源利用效率和经济性。分析配电变压器的工作原理和常见结构与类型,针对高效配电变压器设计,从能量损耗与效率分析、磁路设计与磁材料选择以及绕组设计与铜损耗优化等方面进行探讨,对配电变压器的性能进行实验测试与数据采集,并进行性能参数的计算与分析,最后将高效配电变压器的性能与传统变压器进行对比分析,评估其在电力系统中的应用价值,旨在为电力系统的升级改造和能源利用效率的提高提供有益的参考与指导。
This paper aims to study the design principles and performance analysis of efficient distribution transformers to improve the energy efficiency and economy of power systems.Firstly,the working principles and common structures and types of distribution transformers are analyzed.Subsequently,the design of efficient distribution transformers is discussed,focusing on energy loss and efficiency analysis,magnetic circuit design and magnetic material selection,as well as winding design and copper loss optimization.Then,the performance of distribution transformers is analyzed through experimental testing and data collection,and performance parameters are calculated and analyzed.Finally,the performance of efficient distribution transformers is compared with traditional transformers to assess their application value in power systems.Through this research,valuable references and guidance are provided for the upgrade and improvement of power systems and energy utilization efficiency.
