数字化变电站通信网络规划与实时特性改进

摘要 随着现代电力科技的进步,建设数字化变电站成为可能。相较于传统的变电站,数字变电站在结构、功能、性能以及重要性等方面存在显著差异。数字变电站是一种以数据为基础的变电站,集成了自动化装置,是变电站发展的必然方向。数字化变电站中的自动化装置通过数字通信进行信息交流,许多功能的实现都依赖于通信网络。为确保系统互操作性和通信的一致性,国际电工委员会提出了基于电力系统自动化领域全球通用(IEC 61850)标准的数字变电站通信网络和系统标准。主要研究了数字化变电站的特性和组网方式、数字化变电站通信网络实时性能等内容,以促进电力系统的数字化发展。 With the progress of modern electric power technology,it is possible to build digital substations.Compared with traditional substations,digital substations are significantly different in structure,function,performance and importance.Digital substation is a data-based substation with integrated automation devices,which is the inevitable direction of substation development.Automation devices in digital substations communicate information through digital communication,and the realization of many functions depends on communication networks.In order to ensure the interoperability of the system and the consistency of communication,IEC proposed the communication network and system standard of digital substation based on IEC61850 standard.This paper mainly studies the characteristics and networking mode of digital substation and the real-time performance of communication network of digital substation,so as to promote the digital development of power system.
