摘要
卷烟和卷烟燃烧后产生的烟气含有多种有害和致癌的化学成分,影响人类身体健康。研究采用实时直接分析质谱法(DART-MS)检测烟叶,卷烟主流烟气,主流烟气粒相物和侧流烟气中的复杂成分。质谱仪器参数优化后氦气温度350℃,DART离子源的导轨移动速率0.2 mm/s。DART离子源可以直接分析卷烟烟叶固体和烟气气体,不需要再进行复杂的样品预处理,检测过程操作简单,分析速度快,可以对待测样品进行高通量分析。
Cigarettes and the smoke generated from cigarette burned contain many harmful and carcinogenic chemical components,which affect human health.This article uses direct analysis in real time mass spectrometry(DART-MS)to analysis the complex tobacco,mainstream cigarette smoke,mainstream cigarette smoke particulate matter and sidestream cigarette smoke.With optimization,the helium temperature was 350℃and the moving speed of the DART ion source rail was 0.2 mm/s.The DART ion source can directly analyze cigarette solids and smoke gases without the need for complex sample pretreatment.DART-MS analysis has the advantages of simple operation rapid analysis speed and high through.
