摘要
我国新能源进入高速发展期,大规模新能源场站接入电网,为提高电网运行可靠性,对新能源接入电网的继电保护装置进行研究。通过对新能源接入电网的接入方式建立模型进行梳理,针对新能源场站以T接线路方式接入电网下的保护策略进行分析,提出以三侧光差保护对T接线路进行保护,对保护原理、继电保护实际应用中的反馈对三侧光差保护进行评价。经原理分析及实践表明,通过三侧光差保护对T接线路的保护,提高线路发生故障时保动动作的选择性、准确性、灵敏性,保障电网安全运行。我国新能源发电高速发展,电网结构持续发生变化,通过三端光差保护等继电保护装置的应用,可以有效地提高供电可靠性,满足新能源场站接入电网安全运行要求。
China's new energy has entered a period of rapid development,and large-scale new energy stations are connected to the power grid.In order to improve the reliability of power grid operation,the relay protection devices of new energy connected to the power grid are studied.By combing the model of the access mode of the new energy into the power grid,this paper analyzes the protection strategy of the new energy station connected to the power grid in the way of T-connected lines,and puts forward that the T-connected lines are protected by three-side optical difference protection.The protection principle and the feedback in the practical application of relay protection are evaluated.The principle analysis and practice show that the protection of T-connected lines by three-side optical difference protection improves the selectivity,accuracy and sensitivity of the protection action in the event of line failure,and ensures the safe operation of the power grid.With the rapid development of new energy power generation in China,the power grid structure continues to change.The application of relay protection devices such as three-terminal optical difference protection can effectively improve the reliability of power supply and meet the requirements of safe operation of new energy stations connected to the power grid.
