摘要
随着互联网等信息技术的进步,利用大数据开展劳动力市场研究逐渐成为劳动经济学等学科的前沿领域。本文基于范围综述的方法,呈现了我国劳动力市场研究中大数据的应用现状。现有研究使用的大数据主要来源于求职网站、手机信令数据、劳动力迁徙通勤大数据等,主要关注劳动力市场供求关系、劳动力市场预警预测、劳动力市场结构、职住空间关系等话题,涉及可视化、数据挖掘、预测分析、语义分析等大数据分析技术。基于对劳动力市场研究中大数据应用的综述,本文提出了多渠道挖掘劳动力市场大数据,切实增强劳动力市场大数据的真实性以及科学规范利用大数据等政策建议。
With the rapid advancement of information technology,notably the Internet,the utilization of big data for labor market research has emerged as a pioneering area of investigation within disciplines like labor economics.This article delves into the current state of applying big data in labor market research in China,employing a scoping review methodology.The findings of this study reveal that prevailing research predominantly leverages big data sourced from job websites,mobile signaling,labor migration,and commuting statistics.The focal points of this research encompass aspects such as labor market supply and demand,early warning systems and forecasting for the labor market,labor market structural analysis,and the relationship between individuals’residential and workplace locations.A diverse array of techniques for big data analysis are employed,including visualization,data mining,predictive analytics,and semantic analysis.Through an extensive review of the application of big data in labor market research,this article puts forth several policy recommendations.These include the exploration of multiple channels for extracting insights from labor market big data,enhancing the credibility and authenticity of such data sources,and advocating for the scientific and standardized utilization of big data in this context.
