摘要
以重载运煤车用牵引变频器为研究对象,为匹配其牵引性能,综合考虑电气结构布置、散热、电磁兼容等特殊要求,详细阐述了牵引变频器的设计过程。重点分析了整体设计、叠层母排设计、散热设计三方面的设计思路和设计要点,运用高功率密度的方法满足重载运煤车的牵引性能,最终设计出结构合理、运行可靠、适应井下恶劣环境的牵引变频器,保障了重载运煤车的安全稳定运行。
Taking the traction frequency converter used in heavy-duty coal transport vehicles as the research object,in order to match its traction performance,taking into account special requirements such as electrical structure layout,heat dissipation,electromagnetic compatibility,etc.,the design process of the traction frequency converter is elaborated in detail.The design ideas and key points of the overall design,stacked busbar design,and heat dissipation design were mainly analyzed.High power density methods were used to meet the traction performance of heavy-duty coal transport vehicles,and a traction frequency converter with reasonable structure,reliable operation,and adaptability to harsh underground environments was ultimately designed,ensuring the safe and stable operation of heavy-duty coal transport vehicles.
