摘要
论文所研究的是一种车载箱式废气处理系统中用于精细化处理工业、航天、航空等领域废气的新型装置。该装置的特点为采用传统吸收塔与储液箱组合的特殊结构,待处理废气通过该装置及连接金属管道沿“S”型曲线流动,既达到了废气达标排放的目的,又满足车载设备空间有限、质量不能超重的技术条件。该装置的研究,解决了传统车载废气处理系统不能满足当前待处理废气大流量、多工况、长时效的技术难题,既提高了废气处理效率,又增强了废气处理续航能力。
This paper studies a new device for fine treatment of waste gas in industry,aerospace,aviation and other fields in vehicle structure of the combination flows along the"S"curve through the device and connecting metal pipes,which not only achieves the purpose of meeting the emission standard,but also meets the technical requirements of liminted space and no overweight of on-board equipment.The research of the device solves the technical problems that the traditional on-board exhaust gas treatment system can not meet the current large flow,multi working conditions and long aging of exhaust gas to be treated,which not only improves the efficiency of exhaust gas treatment,but also enhances the endurance of exhaust gas treatment.
