摘要
针对熔融沉积薄壁件易产生翘曲变形的问题,采用建立翘曲变形数学模型,设计正交试验,极差分析的方法,对沉积厚度、喷头温度、托盘温度以及填充率4个工艺参数进行研究,得出各参数对翘曲变形量影响的重要因子。结果表明,沉积厚度0.4mm,喷嘴温度225℃,托盘温度70℃,填充率20%时,此时薄壁件的翘曲变形量最小,翘曲量0.392 mm。因此,影响翘曲变形的主次顺序:沉积厚度>喷嘴温度>托盘温度>填充率,理论分析与实验结果一致,并得出各工艺参数对翘曲量的变化。优化设计后工艺参数,产品的翘曲变形量减小86.2%,为成型薄壁件过程减少翘曲变形提供一定参考。
In response to the issue of warping deformation in molten deposition products that affects product quality,a mathematical model for warping deformation was established,orthogonal experiments were designed,and range analysis was used to study the four process parameters of deposition thickness,nozzle temperature,tray temperature,and filling rate.The important factors affecting the amount of warping deformation were identified.The results show that when the deposition thickness is 0.4mm,the nozzle temperature is 225℃,the tray temperature is 70℃,and the filling rate is 20%,the warping deformation of the workpiece is the smallest,with a warping amount of 0.392 mm.Therefore,the primary and secondary order that affects warping deformation is:deposition thickness>nozzle temperature>tray temperature>filling rate.Theoretical analysis is consistent with experimental results,and the influence of various parameters on warping deformation is analyzed.After optimizing the design process parameters,the warping deformation of the product was reduced by 86.2%,providing a certain reference for reducing warping deformation in the forming process.
