非接触式车载动态接触线几何参数测量技术的发展与应用

摘要 接触线几何参数是城市轨道交通运营单位在日常维护中最重要的参考判别依据,可以说接触线几何参数代表了接触网的健康状况,而随着全国地铁开通数量逐步增加,一种便捷、准确、智能的接触线几何参数测量方案成为了一种迫切的需求。本文通过研究几何参数测量原理,分析不同的硬件搭配,提出了多种非接触式测量方案,并研究了他们的优缺点,切实提升了接触线几何参数测量的便捷性及准确性,极大减轻维护成本。 The geometric parameters of contact line are the most important reference discrimination basis for urban rail transit operating units in daily maintenance.It can be said that the geometric parameters of contact line represent the health status of overhead contact line.With the gradual increase in the number of metro opened in China,a convenient,accurate and intelligent measurement scheme of geometric parameters of contact line has become an urgent need.By studying the geometric parameter measurement principle,analyzing different hardware collocation,this paper proposes a variety of non-contact measurement schemes,and studies their advantages and disadvantages,which effectively improves the convenience and accuracy of the geometric parameter measurement of the contact line and greatly reduces the maintenance cost.
