促进政府引导基金对产业发展的对策研究

Promote the government to guide the fund to industry development countermeasure research

近年来,政府引导基金在我国投融资市场中表现活跃,其投资集中于技术创新和先进制造等国家重点领域,对促进产业战略的发展起着关键作用。本文从政府引导基金的发展路径和作用出发,与数据结合分析发现政府引导基金存在创投基金发展不足、区域发展不均衡、同质化竞争、过度关注资金的短期收益和安全性、管理模式不完善的五个问题,并据此提出了其促进产业发展的几点对策。

In recent years,the government guidance fund has been active in our investment and financing market.Its investment is concentrated in the key areas of technology innovation and advanced manufacturing,which plays a key role in promoting the development of industrial strategy.In this paper,starting from the development path and the role of govern ment funds,combined with data analysis found that the government guide fund venture capital fund development deficien cies,unbalanced regional development,competitive,too much attention to the short-term benefits and safety of funds,im perfect management mode of five problems,and accordingly puts forward several countermeasures to promote the develop ment of industry.
