摘要
产教融合是推进我国职业教育体系现代化发展的基本原则。广州番禺职业技术学院财经学院响应了国家政策、行业趋势而建立了高校与企业双主体共建共管共享的特色鲜明、与产业紧密联系的Y集团财务共享中心。实践探索了合作共赢的双主体育人机制、理实结合的双主体教学课程、培育了“双师型”教学团队、完善了工学结合的实践教学场地。但实践中仍发现存在缺乏政策法规保障、校企双主体合作责任权限不明确等问题。
The integration of industry and education is a basic principle to promote the modernization and development of China's vocational education system.The College of Finance and Economics of Guangzhou Panyu Vocational and Tech nical College responds to the national policy and industry trend and establishes the Y Group Financial Sharing Center with distinctive features and close connection with industry,which is jointly built and managed and shared by both universities and enterprises.It has explored a win-win cooperation mechanism of double main sportsmen,a double main teaching cur riculum combining science and reality,cultivated a"double teacher"teaching team,and improved the practical teaching site combining engineering.However,in practice,it is still found that there are problems such as lack of policies and regu lations to guarantee and unclear responsibility authority of school-enterprise double main body cooperation.
