超声辅助钻削变幅杆的设计及优化

摘要 针对铝基碳化硅材料采用普通钻削加工难以达到预期加工精度的问题,设计一款满足加工精度要求的超声变幅杆。基于超声变幅杆设计理论,建立变幅杆的数学模型,计算得出变幅杆的基本尺寸;根据基本尺寸,使用Abaqus/CAE软件建立超声变幅杆模型并进行模态分析和谐响应分析,对计算结果进行验证;添加刀具和大端螺纹进行模态分析和谐响应分析,调整尺寸参数优化变幅杆模型,得到优化后的变幅杆尺寸及节点位置;在节点位置添加法兰盘进行模态分析,验证参数的准确度。 Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to reach the expected machining accuracy by using ordinary drilling,an ultrasonic luffing rod was designed to meet the requirements of machining accuracy.Based on the design theory of ultrasonic luffing rod,the mathematical model of the luffing rod was established,and the basic size of the luffing rod was calculated.According to the basic size,the ultrasonic luffing rod model was established by Abaqus/CAE software,and the modal analysis and harmonious response analysis were carried out to verify the calculated results.The tool and big end thread were added for modal analysis and harmonious response analysis.The size parameters were adjusted to optimize the luffing rod model,and the optimized luffing rod size and node position were obtained.Flanges were added to the node position for modal analysis to verify the accuracy of parameters.
