船厂空压站节能技术和节能标准现状研究 被引量:1

摘要 空压站是船厂的重要功能单元,其运行过程中存在能源浪费问题。本文重点针对船厂空压站节能问题,从空压机选型、变频改造、供气管网优化和余热回收等角度,研究相关技术发展现状;从国家标准、行业标准和团体标准等层级,分析现有相关节能标准布局情况;最终提出船舶空压站节能领域标准化存在的问题。研究成果对未来船厂空压站的节能降耗研究和节能标准建设具有一定的指导意义。 As a crucial functional unit of shipyard,the compressed air station faces energy waste issues during its operation.This paper centers on the compressed air station in shipyard,studies the current status of energy-saving technologies from the perspectives of air compressor selection,frequency conversion retrofi t,smart compressed air station transformation,optimization of gas supply network,and waste heat recovery,analyzes the current distribution situation of energy-saving standards from the dimensions of national,sectoral,and association standards,and proposes the existing problems on the energy-saving standardization for the compressed air station in shipyard.The research findings are of significant guiding significance for the future research on energy conservation and consumption reduction and the development of energy-saving standards for compressed air station of shipyard.
