高校研究生心理问题识别的标准化过程--基于辅导员工作案例的分析

摘要 我国高校研究生群体面临着来自学业、就业、家庭等多方面的压力,心理健康状况不容乐观。研究生的心理健康状况事关我国高水平人才的培养质量,事关教育强国建设。本文通过呈现一个真实的辅导员工作案例,从工作目标、工作内容、基本途径方法三个方面,探讨了辅导员、班主任等高校教师队伍对于研究生心理危机问题进行有效识别的标准化过程,从而为准确界定学生危机问题、开展危机干预奠定良好基础。 Postgraduates in colleges and universities in our country are facing the pressure from study,employment,family and so on,whose state of mental health is not optimistic.The mental health of postgraduates is related to the quality of cultivating high-level talents and the construction of a powerful country in education.By presenting a real work case of counselors,this paper explores the standardized process of effective identifi cation of psychological problems of postgraduates by college teachers such as counselors and head teachers in the three aspects of work objectives,work content and basic approaches,laying a good foundation for accurately defi ning the students’crisis problems and carrying out crisis intervention.
