“1+X”证书推进应用化工技术专业三教改革的标准化路径探索

摘要 “1+X”证书制度的实施迫使高职院校进一步深化“三教”改革,重新定义、重新解决“谁来教”“教什么”“怎样教”的问题,也将促进高职学院进一步统筹规划,完善高等职业教育机制体系与教学机制,增强高职教学满足经济建设需要的功能。高职学校要把“1+X”的职业技能等级证书和专业课程、教师、教学等有机融合起来,真正做到高职学校的课证融合、书证融通,有针对性和时效性地全面提高高职院校教学质量与培训质量,落实立德树人根本任务。本文旨在通过分析“1+X”证书制度的实施背景,结合实际情况,探讨应用化工技术专业三教改革模式的优化策略,从而实现对化工技术人才的更好培育。 The implementation of“1+X”certificate system forces higher vocational colleges to further deepen the reform of“three-pronged education”,redefi ne and resettle the problem of“who will teach”,“what to teach”and“how to teach”.It will also promote higher vocational colleges to further make overall planning,improve the higher vocational education mechanism system and teaching mechanism,and enhance the function of higher vocational teaching to meet the needs of economic construction.Vocational schools should organically integrate the“1+X”vocational skill level certifi cate with professional courses,teachers and teaching,so as to truly achieve the integration of courses and certifi cates and documents in vocational schools,comprehensively improve the teaching quality and training quality of vocational colleges in a targeted and timely manner,and implement the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and cultivating people.Based on the implementation background of“1+X”certifi cate system and the actual situation,this paper aims to discuss the optimization strategy of applying the reform mode of three-pronged education in chemical technology major,so as to achieve better cultivation of chemical technology talents.
