规范化护理在老年慢阻肺患者护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Standardized Nursing in Elderly Patients with COPD

目的:探讨规范化护理在老年慢阻肺护理中的应用效果。方法:随机抽取蚌埠医学院第二附属医院2021年1月至2022年12月期间收治的56例老年慢阻肺患者,以数表法随机均分两组,对照组(n=28)进行常规护理,观察组(n=28)则在此基础上进行规范化护理,评价两组护理效果。结果:经过实施规范化护理后,观察组护理满意度比对照组高(P<0.05),且并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理质量高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床各项指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:规范化护理能够降低老年慢阻肺患者的并发症发生率,提高护理质量,具有较好的推广性。

Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized nursing in elderly patients with COPD.Methods:56 elderly patients with COPD admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into the control group(n=28)for routine nursing and the observation group(n=28)for standardized nursing on this basis to evaluate the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:After the implementation of standardized nursing,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing quality of the control group was higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05);the clinical indicators of the observation group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the limb function of the patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing can reduce the incidence of complications in elderly patients with COPD,improve the quality of nursing,and have a good promotion.
