摘要
目的:探究乳腺癌化疗患者中标准化综合护理干预的应用价值。方法:68例入组患者(于2021年1月至2022年9月本院收治),34例实施肿瘤内科基础护理干预纳入基础组,34例实施肿瘤内科标准化综合护理干预纳入综合组,综合评价2组干预措施应用价值。结果:护理干预后,综合组焦虑评分、抑郁评分、恐惧评分、人际关系敏感评分、疼痛程度评分、不良反应发生率均低于基础组(P<0.05);疼痛缓解率、治疗依从性、生活质量评分均高于基础组(P<0.05)。结论:标准化综合护理干预可在一定程度上满足患者实际需求。标准化综合护理措施的贯彻落实,利于患者心理健康状况改善,疼痛控制效果提升,癌因性疲乏缓解,遵医行为改善,同时对患者化疗不良反应发生率减少具有积极作用,可有效提高患者生活质量。
Objective:To explore the application value of standardized comprehensive nursing intervention in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:Among the 68 enrolled patients(admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to September 2022),34 patients were included in the basic group after basic nursing intervention in the Department of Medical Oncology,and 34 patients were included in the comprehensive group after standardized comprehensive nursing intervention in the Department of Medical Oncology.The application value of intervention measures in the two groups was comprehensively evaluated.Results:After nursing intervention,anxiety score,depression score,terror score,interpersonal relationship sensitivity score,pain degree score and incidence of adverse reactions in the comprehensive group were lower than those in the basic group(P<0.05).The pain relief rate,treatment compliance and quality of life score in the comprehensive group were higher than those in the basic group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized comprehensive nursing intervention can meet the actual needs of patients to a certain extent.The implementation of standardized comprehensive nursing measures,conducive to the improvement of patients’mental health,pain control effect,cancer fatigue relief,and compliance behavior improvement,and meanwhile has a positive effect on the incidence of chemotherapy adverse reaction reduction,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
