摘要
随着液压驱动系统的不断发展,液压电梯的使用越来越频繁与广泛。我国相关标准对液压油温的控制都提出相应的要求,但当液压油温异常或长期处于较高温状态时,液压系统将无法正常工作或造成一定的安全隐患。因此,液压电梯油温的控制是保障电梯安全运行的关键因素之一。本文以标准化思维,设计了一种控制器与板式换热器相结合,采用比例阀调节进入换热器的水流量,来进行液压电梯油温控制的系统,并进行了相关的验证。希望本研究能为相关标准的修订和企业设备改造提供参考。
With the development of hydraulic drive systems,hydraulic elevators are frequently and widely used.Relevant standards are put forward corresponding requirements on the control of hydraulic oil temperature.When the hydraulic oil temperature is abnormal,it may cause the hydraulic system to malfunction.Therefore,the control of hydraulic oil temperature in hydraulic elevators is a key factor in ensuring the safe operation of elevators.Guided by the idea of standardization,the paper designed a controller and plate heat exchanger combination,and the use of proportional valve to regulate the water flow entering the heat exchanger,and to control the hydraulic elevator oil temperature.It is hoped that the study can provide some references for the revision the standard and relative equipment remolding in enterprise.
