摘要
深业世纪山谷花园项目为结构高度为240m的超高层钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构住宅,通过在避难层设置套索阻尼器方案可有效降低其顶点(角点)加速度,满足风振舒适度要求。针对套索阻尼器设置在不同楼层、不同的阻尼系数、阻尼指数对风振舒适度的影响进行了敏感性分析;对剪力墙结构因存在主体结构弯曲变形、徐变及套索阻尼器销轴连接间隙、转动、摩擦等对阻尼器性能的不利影响,采用附加阻尼法进行补充分析;针对阻尼器在风振作用时出力、行程离散性较大特点,进行了个别阻尼器失效的影响分析。同时,考虑了阻尼器支撑体系的刚度及耐久性,计算结果均满足现行规范及结构安全性要求。
Shenye Century Valley Garden project is a super high-rise reinforced concrete shear wall structure with a structure height of 240 meters.By setting toggle-brace-damper scheme on the refuge layer,the acceleration at the top corner point can be effectively reduced to meet the requirements of wind vibration comfort.The sensitivity analysis of the influence of toggle-brace-damper on different floors,different damping coefficients and damping exponents on wind vibration comfort was carried out.The additional damping method was used for supplementary analysis of the shear wall structure due to the presence of the main structure′s bending deformation,creep,and the pin axis connection clearance,rotation,friction,and other factors of the toggle-brace-damper;in view of the large discreteness of the output and stroke of the damper under the action of wind vibration,the influence analysis of the failure of individual dampers was carried out.At the same time,the stiffness and durability of the damper support system were considered,and the calculation results meet the requirements of current codes and structural safety.
