摘要
在高层建筑的基础类型中,筏板基础具有刚度大、沉降均匀、承载力高、抗震性能好等优点,控制筏板厚度的主要因素是筏板的抗冲切承载力。提出带端板抗冲切钢筋的概念,通过在高强钢筋两端设置端板解决抗冲切钢筋的锚固问题,采用设置抗冲切钢筋提高筏板抗冲切能力,并结合规范阐述了筏板带端板抗冲切钢筋的设计方法。在此基础上,归纳了带端板抗冲切钢筋的构造措施,并对带端板抗冲切钢筋的工程应用情况和综合效益进行分析。研究结果表明,抗冲切钢筋能有效提高筏板的抗冲切承载力,且能节省工期,有较好的经济效益。
The raft foundation has the advantages of large stiffness,uniform settlement,high bearing capacity and seismic performance among the foundation types of high-rise buildings.The main factor controlling the thickness of the raft is the punching bearing capacity.The concept of punching rebars with end plates was put forward,which solves the anchorage of reinforcement by setting end plate at both ends of high strength rebars,then the method of setting punching rebars with end plates in raft to improve the punching bearing capacity of raft was proposed,and the design method of punching rebars with end plates in combination with the code was expounded.On the above,the construction measures of punching rebars with end plates were summarized,and the typical project application and comprehensive benefits of punching rebars with end plates were analyzed.The result show that punching rebars can effectively improve the punching bearing capacity of rafts,save construction time and have good economic benefits.
