多囊卵巢综合征对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇及新生儿结局的影响研究

Effect of polycystic ovary syndrome on the outcome of pregnant women and newborns with gestational diabetes

目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇及新生儿结局的影响。方法选取120例接受产前检查并确诊为妊娠期糖尿病的孕妇为研究对象,根据是否合并多囊卵巢综合征为基准将其划分为联合组60例、对照组60例,比较两组的孕妇妊娠结局和新生儿结局。结果两组孕妇羊水过多、羊水过少、早产发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),联合组的子痫前期和妊娠期高血压疾病发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组新生儿Apgar评分、新生儿体质量、新生儿黄疸发生率、巨大儿发生率、呼吸窘迫综合征发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),联合组新生儿低血糖发生率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单纯妊娠期糖尿病孕妇相比,合并多囊卵巢综合征的孕妇子痫前期、妊娠期高血压疾病、新生儿低血糖发生风险明显升高。

Objective To investigate the effect of polycystic ovary syndrome on the outcome of pregnant women and newborns with diabetes mellitus.Methods 120 pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination and were diagnosed as gestational diabetes were selected as the research object.They were divided into a combined group of 60 cases and a control group of 60 cases according to whether they were complicated with polycystic ovary syndrome.The pregnancy outcomes and neonatal outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of oligohydramnios,oligohydramnios,and premature birth between the two groups of pregnant women(P>0.05).The incidence of preeclampsia and gestational hypertension in the combination group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of neonatal Apgar score,neonatal body mass,incidence of neonatal jaundice,incidence of macrosomia,and incidence of respiratory distress syndrome(P>0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05).Conclusion Compared with pregnant women with diabetes in pregnancy alone,the risk of preeclampsia,hypertensive disorder in pregnancy and neonatal hypoglycemia in women with polycystic ovary syndrome is significantly higher.
