Effect of neonatal feeding and standardized blood glucose management on pregnant women with diabetes after delivery

目的探讨新生儿喂养与规范化血糖管理在妊娠期糖尿病产妇分娩后的应用效果。方法选取60例妊娠期糖尿病且顺利分娩产妇为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。常规组采用常规干预,实验组采用新生儿喂养与规范化血糖管理干预,比较两组的泌乳状况及血糖控制效果。结果实验组泌乳开始时间短于常规组,产后24 h泌乳量、产后48 h泌乳量及产后72 h泌乳量大于常规组(P<0.05);干预后,实验组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论新生儿喂养与规范化血糖管理在妊娠期糖尿病产妇分娩后的应用效果显著,能明显提高产妇泌乳量,控制产妇血糖水平,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of neonatal feeding and standardized blood glucose management on pregnant women with diabetes after delivery.Methods 60 cases of pregnant women with diabetes and smooth delivery were selected as the research object,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table,30 cases in each group.The routine group received routine intervention,while the experimental group received neonatal feeding and standardized blood glucose management intervention.The lactation status and blood glucose control effects of the two groups were compared.Results The start time of lactation in the experimental group was shorter than that in the conventional group,and the milk production at 24 hours postpartum,48 hours postpartum,and 72 hours postpartum was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05);After intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of neonatal feeding and standardized blood glucose management in pregnant women with diabetes after delivery has a significant effect,which can significantly increase the amount of lactation and control the blood glucose level of pregnant women.It is worth popularizing.
