子宫动脉栓塞介入治疗与综合护理应用于剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的临床效果

Clinical effect of uterine artery embolization interventional therapy and comprehensive nursing application in cesarean scar pregnancy

目的探讨子宫动脉栓塞介入治疗与综合护理应用于剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的临床效果。方法选取本院34例剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各17例。对照组开展腹腔镜联合手术治疗及常规护理,观察组开展子宫动脉栓塞介入治疗及综合护理,比较两组的手术相关指标及并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为23.53%,显著低于对照组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫动脉栓塞介入治疗与综合护理应用于剖宫产瘢痕妊娠中,能缩短手术时间、住院时间,减少出血量,降低并发症发生率,可推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of uterine artery embolization intervention therapy and comprehensive nursing application in cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods 34 patients with scar pregnancy after cesarean section in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 17 cases in each group.The control group received laparoscopic combined surgery and routine care,while the observation group received uterine artery embolization intervention and comprehensive care.The surgical related indicators and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had shorter surgical time and hospital stay compared to the control group,with less bleeding compared to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 23.53%,significantly lower than 76.47%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of uterine artery embolization intervention therapy and comprehensive nursing in cesarean scar pregnancy can shorten the surgical time,hospital stay,reduce bleeding,and reduce the incidence of complications,which can be promoted and applied.
