摘要
目的探讨丙泊酚联合芬太尼或舒芬太尼静脉麻醉在无痛人工流产手术中的应用效果。方法选取112例无痛人工流产手术患者为研究对象,电脑编号后随机抽签分为两组,各56例。对照组给予丙泊酚联合芬太尼进行静脉麻醉,试验组给予丙泊酚联合舒芬太尼进行静脉麻醉,比较两组的血流动力学指标、疼痛程度及氧化应激指标。结果试验组麻醉诱导时、扩宫即刻、清宫即刻、手术结束时的平均动脉压、心率低于对照组,血氧饱和度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后2、6、12、24 h的视觉模拟评分量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后24 h的γ-谷氨酰转肽酶水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚联合舒芬太尼在无痛人工流产手术中的麻醉效果更好,能明显改善患者的血流动力学、氧化应激指标,降低术后疼痛程度。
Objective To explore the application effect of propofol combined with fentanyl or sufentanil intravenous anesthesia in painless induced abortion surgery.Methods 112 patients undergoing painless induced abortion surgery were selected as the research subjects.After computer coding,they were randomly divided into two groups,with 56 patients in each group.The control group received intravenous anesthesia with propofol combined with fentanyl,while the experimental group received intravenous anesthesia with propofol combined with sufentanil.The hemodynamic indicators,pain level,and oxidative stress indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The average arterial pressure and heart rate of the experimental group during anesthesia induction,immediate dilation,immediate curettage,and end of surgery were lower than those of the control group,while blood oxygen saturation was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The visual simulation scale scores of the experimental group at 2,6,12,and 24 hours after surgery were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).24 hours after surgery in the experimental group y-The level of glutamyltranspeptidase was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Propofol combined with sufentanil has a better anesthesia effect in painless induced abortion surgery,can significantly improve patients'hemodynamics,oxidative stress indicators,and reduce postoperative pain.
