性激素结合球蛋白在多囊卵巢综合征中的诊断效果分析

Analysis of diagnostic efficacy of sex hormone binding globulin in polycystic ovary syndrome

目的探讨性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)在多囊卵巢综合征中的诊断效果。方法选取本院接受治疗的100例多囊卵巢综合征患者为研究对象,按照SHBG界值分为SHBG高值组(50例)和SHBG低值组(50例),比较两组的一般资料及胰岛素水平。结果SHBG低值组的体质量、体质量指数、收缩压、舒张压均高于SHBG高值组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SHBG低值组的空腹胰岛素、2 h胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数高于SHBG高值组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SHBG诊断多囊卵巢综合征具有较高价值,值得临床推广。

Objective To exploring the diagnostic effect of sex hormone binding globulin(SHBG)in polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 1oo patients with polycystic ovary syndrome who received treatment in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a high SHBG group(50 cases)and a low SHBG group(50 cases)according to the SHBG threshold.The general information and insulin levels of the two groups were compared.Results The body mass,BMI,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure of the low SHBG group were higher than those of the high SHBG group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The fasting insulin,2-hour insulin,and insulin resistance index of the low SHBG group were higher than those of the high SHBG group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion SHBG has high value in diagnosing polycystic ovary syndrome and is worthy of clinical promotion.
