不同梅毒检测方法在孕妇梅毒螺旋体检测中的诊断价值

摘要 目的探讨不同梅毒检测方法在孕妇梅毒螺旋体检测中的诊断价值。方法选取本院90例梅毒孕妇患者为研究对象,采用甲苯胺红不加热血清法、化学发光微粒子免疫法及梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集法对梅毒螺旋体进行检测,比较不同检测方法的梅毒检测阳性率及敏感度。结果梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集法的梅毒检测阳性率为96.67%,高于甲苯胺红不加热血清法的83.33%及化学发光微粒子免疫法的90.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);化学发光微粒子免疫法的敏感度为96.67%,高于甲苯胺红不加热血清法的83.33%及梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集法的90.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集法的梅毒检测阳性率最高,化学发光微粒子免疫法的敏感度最高,临床应根据实际情况以及患者自身情况选择最为合理的梅毒检测方法,以确保梅毒检测结果的准确性,同时达到改善母婴结局的效果。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of different syphilis detection methods in detecting treponema pallidum in pregnant women.Methods 90 pregnant women with syphilis in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.The detection of treponema pallidum was carried out using toluidine red non heating serum method,chemiluminescent particle immunoassay,and treponema pallidum gelatin particle agglutination method.The positive rate and sensitivity of syphilis detection using different detection methods were compared.Results The positive rate of syphilis detection by treponema pallidum gelatin particle agglutination method was 96.67%,which was higher than 83.33%by toluidine red non heating serum method and 90.00%by chemiluminescent particle immunoassay,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The sensitivity of the chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay was 96.67%,which was higher than 83.33%of the toluidine red non heating serum assay and 90.00%of the treponema pallidum gelatin particle agglutination assay,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.005).Conclusion The positive rate of syphilis detection using treponema pallidum gelatin particle agglutination method is the highest,while the sensitivity of chemiluminescent particle immunoassay is the highest.In clinical practice,the most reasonable syphilis detection method should be selected based on the actual situation and the patient's own situation to ensure the accuracy of syphilis detection results and achieve the effect of improving maternal and infant outcomes.
