温馨精细化助产护理对产妇分娩的干预效果

Intervention effect of warm and refined midwifery care on postpartum delivery

目的探讨温馨精细化助产护理对产妇分娩的干预效果。方法选取108例分娩产妇为研究对象,随机分为两组,各54例。对照组实施常规分娩护理,观察组实施温馨精细化助产护理,比较两组的产程用时、疼痛程度、产妇自我感受、不良情绪及分娩结局。结果观察组的第一产程、第二产程用时均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产时30 min、产时60 min、产后5 min的视觉模拟评分量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组自我感受负担量表评分、焦虑抑郁量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的自然分娩率高于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温馨精细化助产护理可以改善产妇分娩的疼痛情况,加快产程,提高自然分娩率。

Objective To explore the intervention effect of warm and refined midwifery care on postpartum delivery.Methods 108 postpartum women were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 54 cases in each group.The control egroup received routine delivery care,while the observer group received warm and refined midwifery care.The duration of labor,pain level,maternal self perception,adverse emotions,and delivery outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of the first and second stages of labor in the observer group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The visual simulation scale scores of the observer group at 30 minutes postpartum,60 minutes postpartum,and 5 minutes postpartum were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the scores of the self perceived burden scale and the anxiety and depression scale in the observer group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The natural delivery rate of the observer group was higher than that of the control group,and the cesarean section rate was lower than that of the control group(P<o.05).Conclusion Warm and refined midwifery care can improve the pain situation of postpartum women,accelerate the delivery process,and increase the natural delivery rate.
