国家公园视域下传统村落集群保护策略与差异化发展路径——以百山祖园区为例

Research on the Protection Strategy and Differentiated Development Path of Traditional Village Clusters from the Perspective of National Parks——Taking Baishanzu Park as an Example

百山祖国家公园地形复杂、物种多样、气候特殊,周边传统村落在长期营建过程中形成了因地制宜的竖向形态与空间格局,本文选取百山祖国家公园周边50个村落作为研究样本,系统梳理了百山祖国家公园及周边传统村落的自然资源与历史人文等,分析村落的空间分布及特征,提出了国家公园视域下传统村落全区域空间格局,全时域业态布局,全人群协同参与的“三全”策略,并实施集群联动发展、主题品牌打造、特色产业运营、保护发展协同的差异化路径,进而提升村落内生发展源动力和村落集群辐射牵引力,形成系统化的国家公园村落集群联动发展格局。

Baishanzu National Park has a complex terrain,diverse species,and unique climate.The surrounding traditional villages have formed a vertical form and spatial pattern tailored to local conditions during the long-term construction process.This article selects 50 villages around Baishanzu National Park as research samples,systematically sorts out the natural resources,history,and culture of Baishanzu National Park and its surrounding traditional villages,and analyzes the spatial distribution and characteristics of the villages.We have proposed a"three all"strategy of traditional villages in the perspective of national parks,which includes all regional spatial pattern,all time domain business layout,and all population public participation.We have also implemented a differentiated path of cluster linkage development,theme brand building,characteristic industry operation,and protection and development synergy,thereby enhancing the endogenous development driving force and radiation traction of village clusters,and forming a systematic national park village cluster linkage development pattern.
