Research on the Design and Application of Teaching Affairs Management Information System in Higher Vocational Colleges——Teachers-oriented Evaluation

文章旨在研究高职院校教师评价管理信息系统的设计和应用。该系统是教务管理信息系统中的重要模块,旨在为高职院校教学质量监管和提升提供支撑。首先,对教师评价指标体系构建进行详细的介绍,包括不同级别指标体系的权重的确定、计算标准和构建框架;其次,对采集评价信息的方法进行探讨,包括数据来源与收集方法、处理与存储以及数据质量控制的策略;最后,总结研究成果并提出了改进和未来研究方向。

This article aims to study the design and application of the teachers evaluation management information system in higher vocational colleges.This system is an important module in the management information system of teaching affairs,aiming to provide the support for supervision and improvement of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.Firstly,a detailed introduction is provided to the construction of the teachers evaluation indicator system,including the determination of weights for different levels of indicators,calculation standards,and framework construction;Secondly,the methods of collecting evaluation information are discussed,including the data sources and collection methods,processing and storage,as well as the data quality control strategies;Finally,the research findings are summarized,and the improvements and future research directions are proposed.
