The purpose of this paper is to explore and research on the digitalized transformation of archival work in higher education institutions driven by digital intelligence and analyze the application of digitalized technology in archival management in higher education institutions.Digitalized technology has become an important force to promote the innovation and development of archival work in higher education institutions.Through the use of digital archives,cloud-based archival management,blockchain technology,artificial intelligence and other technologies,efficient,accurate and secure archival management can be achieved.However,the digitalized transformation also faces on the challenges,such as data security,personnel cultivating,and digitalized processing of the old archival information.Therefore,this paper will also discuss the challenges faced on the digitalized transformation and propose the corresponding solutions and recommendations.This paper aims to provide an useful reference and reference for the digitalized transformation of archives in higher education institutions.
