miRNA在缺血性脑卒中神经保护领域的研究进展

摘要 缺血性脑卒中是一种具有高残疾率和死亡率,严重者可危及生命的脑血管疾病,在全球范围内具有沉重的社会经济负担。缺血性脑卒中的病因及病理过程是由多种分子过程介导,这些分子机制部分转录后被动态调节。越来越多证据表明,微小RNA(micro-ribonucleic-acid,miRNA)作为转录后基因沉默的重要介质在基因表达和缺血性脑卒中病理过程中起着至关重要的作用。在本综述中,我们介绍了miRNA在缺血性脑卒中不同机制中的神经保护作用。由于通过特定的药物和非药物治疗促进或抑制miRNA的表达可能有益于缺血性脑卒中的恢复,本文还详细论述了关于miRNA在缺血性脑卒中的临床诊断和治疗相关作用,旨在对本领域临床和基础研究提供一定的参考。 Ischemic stroke is a cerebrovascular disease that leads to high incidences of disability and mortality and can be life-threatening in severe cases,thus,it has a heavy social and economic burden worldwide.The etiology and pathological processes of ischemic stroke are mediated by a variety of molecular processes,some of which are dynamically regulated after transcription.Increasing evidence has shown that micro(mi)-RNA,as important mediators of post-transcriptional gene silencing,play crucial roles in gene expression and the pathological processes of ischemic stroke.In this review,we discuss the neuroprotective effects of miRNAs in the different mechanisms involved in ischemic stroke.As the promotion or inhibition of miRNA expression through specific drug and non-drug therapies may be beneficial to the recovery of ischemic stroke,the use of miRNA in clinical diagnosis and treatment are also discussed in detail in this paper.This article aims to provide a reference for further clinical and basic research in this field.
