超超临界1000MW机组锅炉屏过超温综合治理

摘要 本文针对广东粤电靖海发电有限公司超超临界1000MW机组前后墙对冲锅炉屏过管壁超温问题,通过对燃尽风门开度、入炉煤质进行调整,重新修订运行调整措施,磨煤机出口粉管缩孔调整等方法,以达到避免屏过管壁超温的效果。经过调整,屏过超温问题得到很好的缓解,最高温度593℃。 This article focuses on the problem of overheating of the front and rear walls of the boiler screen and tube wall in the ultra supercritical 1000MW unit of Guangdong Yuedian Jinghai Power Generation Co.,Ltd.By adjusting the opening of the burnout damper and the quality of the coal entering the furnace,revising the operation adjustment measures,and adjusting the shrinkage hole of the coal mill outlet powder pipe,the effect of avoiding overheating of the screen and tube wall is achieved.After adjustment,the problem of screen overheating has been effectively alleviated,with a maximum temperature of 593℃.
