摘要
目的 探讨职业倦怠感对行政管理人员职业认同的影响。方法 纳入福州市公立医院2022年3月—2023年2月从事行政管理的93名行政管理人员作为研究对象,应用Maslach职业倦怠调查普适量表(Maslach burnout inventory general survey,MBI-GS)及职业认同感量表对纳入研究者开展客观分析,调查统计医院行政管理人员职业倦怠感及职业认同具体状况。结果 93名行政管理人员MBI-GS评分为(66.24±7.53)分,其中低度怠倦13名(13.98%),中度怠倦30名(32.26%),高度怠倦50名(53.76%);不同特征(年龄、学历、职称以及行政职务)行政管理人员职业怠倦感及职业认同感评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);不同程度职业怠倦者中,不同维度职业认同感间(职业期望、职业情感、职业能力、职业价值观以及总分),低度倦怠、中度倦怠、重度倦怠评分呈递减趋势(P <0.05)。结论 医院行政管理人员普遍存在职业怠倦,不同年龄、学历以及职称存在的职业怠倦存在一定的差异,而对于行政管理人员而言,一旦滋生职业怠倦会对职业认同感造成直接影响,对于现象不容忽视,需强化管理。卫生行政管理部门应联合各级医院领导对行政管理人员产生职业倦怠感的原因进行深层次分析,并根据实际情况制定针对性干预策略,继而有效化解行政管理人员职业倦怠,促进各大医疗机构良好、可持续发展。
Objective To explore the effect of job burnout on the professional identity of administrative staff.Methods A total of 93 administrators engaged in administrative management in fuzhou public hospital from March 2022 to February 2023 were included as the research objects,and the Maslach burnout inventory general survey(MBI-GS)and professional identity scale were used to carry out objective analysis on the included researchers,and investigate the specific situation of job burnout and professional identity of hospital administrators.Results The MBI-GS score of 93 administrative personnel was(66.24±7.53)points,including 13 low-level burnout(13.98%),30 moderate burnout(32.26%)and 50 high-level burnout(53.76%).The scores of job burnout and job identity of administrative staff with different characteristics(age,education background,professional title and administrative post)were statistically different(P<0.05).Among the people with different degrees of job burnout,the scores of low burnout,moderate burnout and severe burnout showed a decreasing trend among different dimensions of professional identity(professional expectation,professional emotion,professional ability,professional values and total score)(P<0.05).Conclusion The general existence of job burnout in hospital administrative staff,different age,educational background and professional title of the existence of job burnout there are some differences,but for administrative staff,once the breeding of job burnout will have a direct impact on the sense of professional identity,for the phenomenon can not be ignored,need to strengthen management.The department of health administration should cooperate with the leaders of hospitals at all levels to analyze the causes of the administrative staff's job burnout,and formulate the corresponding intervention strategies according to the actual situation,then effectively resolve the administrative staff job burnout,promote the major medical structure good,sustainable development.
