医疗新技术新项目是促进医疗机构医疗技术水平提升的重要内容,形成规范的项目闭环管理起着至关重要的作用。医疗机构加强新技术新项目管理不但是依法执业的内容和要求,也是提升医疗机构医疗服务水平、增强医疗机构核心竞争力、提高医疗质量的核心内涵。当前新技术新项目管理既是医疗机构医疗技术管理的重点,也是难点。江苏省淮安市某三甲医院积极探索新技术新项目精细化管理模式,本文阐述了新技术新项目从规范准入、过程监管到定期评价、结题转化的全流程闭环管理,旨在为医疗机构创新医疗技术管理方法、促进学科建设、提升医疗质量管理水平、助力公立医院的高质量发展提供参考依据。

New medical technology and projects are important components in promoting the improvement of medical technology level in medical institutions,and the formation of standardized project closed-loop management plays a crucial role.Strengthening the management of new technologies and projects in medical institutions is not only the content and requirements of practicing according to law,but also the core connotation of improving the medical service level,enhancing the core competitiveness of medical institutions,and improving medical quality.The current management of new technologies and projects is not only a key but also a difficult point in the medical technology management of medical institutions.A 3A hospital in Huai'an City actively explored the refined management mode of new technology and new projects.This paper described the whole process closed-loop management of standardized access,process supervision,regular evaluation,and topic transformation of new technology and new projects,which provides reference for Innovation management methods of new medical technology and new projects,and provides a basis for promoting the discipline construction of medical institutions,improving the level of medical quality management,and promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals.
